Rebecca Holmes was an FBI agent assigned to interrogate prisoners from Ira Gaines' operation at Grace Memorial Hospital during Day 1. While at the clinic, Nina Myers noticed a suspicious looking man who claimed to be with the FBI, but it was actually Jovan Myovic in disguise. Nina encountered Agent Holmes in the hallway and inquired if she was the only FBI agent positioned in the building. Agent Holmes insisted that she and her partner Stu were the only agents in the building, leading Nina to grow suspicious. ("Day 1: 1:00pm-2:00pm")
