Tillean Murat was a male who was a member of the Human forces on Torgu-Va. Tillean was the youngest son of Commodore Lucian Murat and Julia Murat. He had three other brothers that had already been killed before 2367. The only surviving brothers was named Lysander Murat. Tillean had an unnamed son, who was Julia's first grandchild.
