Frederic Hutchinson was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he served as the tactical officer of the destroyer HMS Hawkwing during its anti-piracy mission in the Silesian Confederacy. (HHA5.3: LD)
