Lance ( better known as "Lucky Joe") is a guy who works at Lucky Joe's Cleaners and he was surrounded by many pants in When Pants Attack. He briefly appeared in When Pants Attack. He made a second brief appearance in Grumpy Young Men. He wears an eyepatch, a yellow shirt, brown overalls and pants, dark brown hair, and dark brown shoes. He is voiced by Billy West
