Bengerian was the ferocious daemon of Jedi Master Mace Windu. She was a strong tiger, because, like tigers, Master Windu had an air of authority, was fearless, strong, and fierce when provoked. Bengerian was a warrior at heart, even though Windu and the other Jedi were not supposed to be warriors. She could defeat almost any enemy when working as a team with Windu, cornering Jango Fett so Windu could kill him, devouring thousands of battle droids at the Battle of Dantooine, fighting beside blurrgs on Ryloth, and overwhelming Sidouress in battle against Darth Sidious, though she, too, succumbed to the destructive powers of the dark side when Anakin Skywalker betrayed Windu and Sidious killed him.
