It can be purchased in the Rabanastre Lowtown after the events at Giruvegan and stolen from the rare game Disma and Dheed. In the International Zodiac Job System, Mirage Vest is a Light Armor 12 license and can be equipped by the Machinist, Monk, Archer and Shikari.
