CC-1690, nicknamed Skarr was a clone commander who served under Pud Mekk during the Clone Wars as a part of the 110th Regiment. He joined the Mekk Syndicate in the waning days of the Clone Wars and continued to serve under Pud until his death in 6 ABY. He wore clone trooper armour adorned with the Rhodan eagle flanked with red and blue lightning bolts.
