Constable Watkin is a character in the novel Final Destination: Destination Zero. He is a constable who worked in the area in Houndsditch. While on patrol late at night, Watkin spotted a ragged woman lying in front of a cellar gate with her dress flung up to her wrist. Despite not wanting to be anywhere near the revolting body, the constable blew his whistle three times in order to wake her up and remove her from the streets. To his surprise, the woman was dead, her face torn to shreds, her throat slit open, and her stomach cut open from her groin to the ribs.
