Officer Carl is a police officer who appeared in the episodes iWant More Viewers and iMove Out. In iWant More Viewers, he arrests Spencer for putting up his and Freddie's sign, causing multiple accidents. Carl is also personally offended by the sign's malfunction, which caused it to say "Pee on Carl" instead of "Please go online to iCarly.com." In iMove Out, he refuses to arrest the Petographers after they trash the iCarly studio because they took pictures of his daughter's bunny for free. On top of that, he gives Carly a ticket because the prop car in the iCarly studio had no license plate, then calls Carly a "prop." He still remembers the "Pee On Carl" sign Spencer and Freddie made.
