Doctor Ulric Tanner was the keeper of the Seismosaurus Dynacell and had the powers of the Indigo Dyna Ranger. He was also the father of the Crimson Dyna Ranger, and one of the first Dyna-Saur Rangers. Ulric was the creator of all the tech the Rangers use, from DynaBlasters to the DynaCell Morphers. After Ulric began to get old and the act of morphing started to take a toll on his body he retired, but not before he created the Plesiosaur DynaCell for his granddaughter Price Tanner giving her the powers and mantle of the Violet Dyna Ranger.
