Mahboub is an Arab-Israeli monster who appears on Rechov Sumsum, the Israeli co-production of Sesame Street. Introduced in the 2006 revived series, Mahboub is a curious five-year old. He speaks Hebrew and Arabic, and is a gifted drummer. Mahboub also appears in the 2010 version of Shalom Sesame, the English-language US co-production.
