"Aeonid" is the codename for a character introduced in Pokémon Pyro Red, Geo Green, and Hydro Blue as an International Police officer on assignment investigating Team Rocket and its plans. Aeonid's attitude makes him difficult to work with, temporarily making him an antagonist during the post-game, but he's one of the toughest battlers on the force who does have good interests at heart.
