Franklin Roosevelt is the president of the United states during the times of Annie. His wife is Eleanor Roosevelt. He has a son, however his son didn't apper in the film. He was first shown when Annie and Oliver visited the White House. Then during their visit Annie cheers him up, by singing Tomorrow. In the musical he sang Tomorrow again along with his wife. Since he's the president he got solos in two Tomorrow reprises and the other two. He didn't get because the first one he wasn't there and the second one is before the curtain call. Franklin Roosevelt can't walk and is wheelchaired as well.
