ShinoKuni is where the Kokkai clan currently reside having there own ninja village much like the Uzumaki. It is surrounded by a black ocean like there last name suggests. The village which inhabits the island is called Jugokugakura.The ocean that surrounds the island is black due to the amount of demonic chakra which naturally flows there which is also the reason why the Kokkai clan are demons instead of humans.
