Rodgers was a Havenite citizen and a soldier of the State Security Ground Forces. Holding the rank of Sergeant, he served as part of a cargo shuttle crew on the prison planet Hades. He was killed when his craft was destroyed by Honor Harrington's forces. (HH8)
