Waldo, known in the regular universe as "TheFanMaster", is the Bizarro counterpart of Lazro. Waldo made his way into the Fan-Ball World, and the rifting caused both Lazro and Waldo to act strangely afterwards. This also caused corruption, which allowed a portion of Zalgo to appear in that world. His pesterchum tag is radMechanics. He is a Class-C citizen.
