Racial homeland of Barbarians. Halas is placed deep in the frozen heart of Everfrost. It was attacked and conquered by the Rallosian Army, but eventually retaken before it was finally destroyed by the Shattering. Its ruins can be found under the waters of the Icegill Lagoon in Everfrost. New Halas was released as part of LU56 on May 25, 2010, as a good-aligned starting city.
