Chuta Ohsugi (大杉 忠太 Ōsugi Chūta) is a character in Kamen Rider Fourze. He is the second year geography teacher and later Gentaro and co. third year homeroom teacher. While at first, he was antagonistic towards Gentaro and his friends, Ohsugi became the first teacher who knows the secret of the Rabbit Hatch and became the Kamen Rider Club's faculty advisor.
