Moira Kelly (born March 6, 1968) is an American actress who is best known for her roles as Mandy Hampton on the NBC political drama series The West Wing from 1990 to 2000 and as Karen Roe on The WB/CW teen-serial drama series One Tree Hill from 2003 to 2009. She is also known in Disney for providing the mature voices of Nala in the 1994 Disney animated film The Lion King and its following two sequels, Simba's Pride and 1½. She also played Dana Clifton in The Tie That Binds and Rebecca in the 1991 Touchstone Pictures film Billy Bathgate.
