In Trapped in the Sky, the unnamed Doctor came to visit Tracy Island to check up on Kyrano's health after he was hypnotized by The Hood. Although he couldn't understand why Kyrano felt dizzy, the Doctor assured Jeff Tracy that he would be okay and that nothing was wrong.
