Langer XIV was a planet in the Langer star system, in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrant. It was upon this world which sets of election results were replaced (some time between 2364 and 2370) using a technology replicated from that of the Tigan interface, which had previously been used to rewrite the history on Tigan-7.
