Waldemar Tümmel was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. He was brown-haired and brown-eyed. Holding the rank of Lieutenant, he served as Admiral Honor Alexander-Harrington's flag lieutenant in 1922 PD, and accompanied her to the peace talks on Haven. (HH12) His immediate family was killed aboard HMSS Hephaestus during the Yawata Strike. After his return to Manticore, he was promoted to Lieutenant Commander. (HH13)
