LeRoy James Tyson, known by the street name "Chico", was a gang member and drug dealer in South Central Los Angeles. In 1999, Tyson was shot and killed. Los Angeles County DEA agent Kevin Carroll was implicated in the shooting, but never charged. (Findings at CTU)
