Tim Healy (born 29th January 1952 in Newcastle upon Tyne) appeared on Coronation Street as a Bingo Checker in July 1976 and returned to the programme in June 2006 as Brian Tully - presumed to be Sean Tully's father at that time. His other credits include Emmerdale Farm, Auf Wiedersehen, Pet and Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights. A paratrooper with the British Army before embarking on a career in acting, he has two sons; Matthew and Louis from his marriage to former Street actress Denise Welch.
