David Banner is the lead character in the The Incredible Hulk TV series (1978–82), and was played by Bill Bixby. The character appears in 82 episodes of the series (although the actor actually filmed 81 episodes) and the three post-series TV movies, The Incredible Hulk Returns (1988), The Trial of the Incredible Hulk (1989) and The Death of the Incredible Hulk (1990).
