Shamshel, also known as Shamsiel or Shamshiel, is a Watcher, most specifically the 16th one of the 20 leaders of the 200 fallen angels. He was in charge of the Garden of Eden after Adam and Eve were expelled and had 365 of lesser angels under his charge. His name means "Sun of God". There is certain debate if he is a fallen angel or if he stood by the side of God .
