Parkview Terrace was constructed during a brief personal financial boon for it's owner, Serio Armario. Leasing a space overlooking Central Park, he woud have a crew renovate it and install a kitchen. It would open to great fanfare and reviews, and would remain busy for the next decade. When business started to slack off in 2056, due in part to the Resource Wars, Armario would invest in a handful of Mr. Handys.
