Otto Rucnaf was a Human male who was usually found on Nar Shaddaa. He was under Ekim Masbur, as the Black Manka's second in command. He was transferred to Alderaan for a brief period to open up a branch there. However, after the destruction of Alderaan by the Empire, he was assumed lost.
