Spintastics is a skill toy manufacturer that is owned by Dale Oliver and Valerie Krantz and was started in 1997, two years after the first release of the Technic. It promotes yo-yoing through their Science of Spin program and school demonstrations. Spintastics also makes a line of popular spin tops and introduced the first ball bearing spin top just before YoYoJam and Duncan Toys released theirs. The company also markets the only U.S.-designed ball bearing diabolo called the Spinabolo. As of current, their yo-yos are being manufactured and exclusively sold by Yoyoplay.
