Hair-Raising Hare is a 1946 Merrie Melodies cartoon, directed by Charles Jones and written by Tedd Pierce. It features the first appearance of Charles Jones' imposing orange monster character, whom he later named "Gossamer." This cartoon reuses the opening title music from The Hare-Brained Hypnotist.
