Upon completing the Port Puerto chapter in the story, the player will receive more of Flutter's Requests. One request is titled, "Holiday Home: Port Puerto" for 100 Bliss. The player may find Luciano standing at the east side of Port Puerto Palace Way near one of the purchasable homes.
