When alone, they have a 33% chance each turn to use Cyclonic and reduce the party to critical health. However, when with other enemies, they only use normal attacks and a stronger Wing attack. An easy way to defeat them is to Confuse them, causing them to cast Cyclonic on themselves and any other enemies present, making them very easy to defeat afterward.
