Bugsy is a teacher for Foley House students. She is a former fairy, so at some point in her life she had to take the Test. Now, she serves as some kind of math or physics teacher to other transformed or etheric beings. However, like most transformed creatures, she is skilled at etheric manipulation and can do other tasks in her etheric form while performing her duties with her physical body. She uses this ability to catch up on her sleep while she teaches. Despite her desire to nap, she is pleased for her (now former) student Red when she receives her name, excitedly announcing that they can hang out together.
