  • Bugsy is a teacher for Foley House students. She is a former fairy, so at some point in her life she had to take the Test. Now, she serves as some kind of math or physics teacher to other transformed or etheric beings. However, like most transformed creatures, she is skilled at etheric manipulation and can do other tasks in her etheric form while performing her duties with her physical body. She uses this ability to catch up on her sleep while she teaches. Despite her desire to nap, she is pleased for her (now former) student Red when she receives her name, excitedly announcing that they can hang out together.
  • Because of his time in the robot circus, Bugsy severely distrusts humans. In issue #9, after Bugsy joins a group of abandoned robots who intend to go into town and attack humans. Astro intervenes, and Bugsy holds his gang back only out of respect for Astro's hopes for peace. Fortunately, Bugsy begins to tolerate humans after the robot rights bill is passed.
  • ' 'Bugsy is a soft-spoken, amiable New Mexican "tunnel motor" locomotive with an interest in all things touristy.
  • Bugsy (ツクシ, Tsukushi) is the Gym Leader of Azalea Town's Gym, known officially as the Azalea Gym. He specializes in Bug-type Pokémon. He gives the Hive Badge to Trainers who defeat him.

  • Bugsy is a high-ranking member of the Plob and a member of the Woodlums. She does the most talking, even jumping in front of the other two when she's first introduced. Despite all of this, she is not actually the leader of the Woodlums. She will challenge you to a tank battle inside the Carrot Top, the most dangerous part of this battle is the carrot she can fire at you. It's relatively predictable and can be stopped, she even tells you when she's going to fire it, but if it does connect it will do a lot of damage. She holds Goosashi captive.
  • Bugsy (ツクシ Tsukushi) is the Gym Leader of the Azalea Town Gym. Beating him earns the player the Hive Badge. He specializes in using Bug-type Pokémon. The player can challenge Bugsy only after Team Rocket is defeated in the Slowpoke Well.
  • Bugsy joins Falkner and Chuck in guarding Morty's gym while Morty uses his powers to locate the missing Lance for Gold. When Arceus appears, Bugsy is knocked out when Arceus attacks the gym. Gold, seeing Bugsy's body, picks him up and takes Bugsy with him as he chases Arceus. When Bugsy stirs, he identifies the image Morty gave Gold as part of the Ruins of Alph. They chase Arceus there and find Lance. Bugsy stays with the exhausted Lance when Gold goes out to confront Arceus.
