The Cloaked Lurker is an enemy from Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy VII. It is one of the last enemies encountered in the game. The Lurker's hunched figure is hidden under a brown cloak, but you can make out two unfriendly red eyes. For some reason, it knows how to harness Yellow Eco. When it sees Jak and Daxter, it will constantly fire off those Yellow Eco charges from its hands. It won't be easy to defeat, but that's why it's so close to the end of the quest.
