Genie Meanie is a character that appeared in the episode "The Magical Meanie". He is a genie whom Brainy and Clumsy had found by the Smurf river after escaping Azrael and nearly surviving the waterfall -- or rather, as he claims, he has found them -- who comes out of his bottle every 100 years to grant three wishes to whoever says the magic words "pumpernickel pickle". The downside, however, is that the person must come up with the magic words before sundown or else Genie Meanie goes back into the bottle for another 100 years, wishes or no wishes.
