Before the crisis that resulted in the alteration of the timeline, Sally participated in the final battle against Dr. Eggman, and was witness as Knuckles went mad and attempted to reshape Mobius in his own image. She also watched as Sonic attempted to stop him with the Nullifier device, halting his reign of terror but simultaneously costing him his right eye.
