Orto Plutonia is a desolate ice planet in the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy. It is orbited by the moon Pantora. The planet is home to a colony of Talz, a sapient species native to Alzoc III. It is unknown how the Talz, which are not a spacefaring civilization, managed to colonize Orto Plutonia.
