The Andalusian sect or school of Miriad is dedicated to the pursuit of artistic endeavours, usually surrealist or alternative forms of art. The name of the sect is derived from the film Un Chien Andalou (which means "an Andalusian dog"), an early surrealist film by Luis Bunuel and Salvador Dali.
