"Main Title and The Attack on the Jakku Village" is a musical theme composed by John Williams for the 2015 film Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens. The theme, which includes the Star Wars Main Title, plays over the beginning of the film, including the opening crawl and the events of the attack on Tuanul. It contains the first introduction of the leitmotif that represents Kylo Ren, the film's central villain, which reoccurs throughout the soundtrack, including "Kylo Ren Arrives at the Battle."
