Rashiliyia is an antagonist NPC in the Shilo Village quest. She was a great sorceress and a queen who ruled with King Danthalas. Much of her legend is told in Tattered Scroll and Crumpled Scroll. After his son Bervirius died in a battle she swore fealty to Zamorak and started killing for revenge of her sons life. She was later renamed the queen of the dead. According to a legend told by Trufitus she destroyed the temple of Ah Za Roon because its builder, priest Zadimus, did not return her affections. Later on, Zadimus' spirit tells that Rashiliyia tortured and eventually hanged him in Ah Za Roon.
