A krelacc was a smaller form of a sarlacc native to the planet Dathomir. When an adolescent sarlacc interbred with a krelear, the result was a small creature about the size of a mynock. The krelacc's stomach was small, forcing it to eat smaller creatures like bugs, birds and some types of fish. The krelacc could keep prey alive for months inside its stomach, to absorb the nutrients it needed to survive.
