The short opens on the backyard of Phineas and Ferb, worried Fireside Girls wearing sombreros thinking of how to get tools from the ACME Hardware across the Main Street. Candace guards them as Isabella goes to the ACME Hardware. Candace has busted other kid who've tried. The leader comes up with a brilliant idea: retain the services of the aptly named "Speedy Phineas". The group agrees, so the leader goes to the carnival where Speedy resides.
