New Looney Tunes (formerly known as Wabbit- A Looney Tunes Production) is a Cartoon Network/Boomerang series focusing on Bugs Bunny with new adventures in the form of shorts. It was announced at Cartoon Network Upfront 2014. The series features two five-minute shorts in each 11-minute episode. The series aired on Cartoon Network on September 21, 2015 due to last-minute scheduling changes. As a result of good ratings for the two-week premiere on Cartoon Network, the series will continue to air on Cartoon Network, as well as on Boomerang. The series premiered on Boomerang on October 5, 2015 at 8:00pm EST. Episodes 16-19 first exclusively aired on Boomerang.
