The Lost Lanterns refers to a specific group of Green Lanterns who were believed killed during the "Emerald Twilight" incident. Several of these allegedly deceased Lanterns actually survived Hal Jordan's murderous attack, including Arisia, Boodikka, Kreon and Hannu.
