Conscience of Mankind was founded shortly after the end of the Chrell Invasion. It's purpose and goal was to help rebuild parts of the world that had been devastated by the Invasion. The organization worked hand in hand with a number of governmental and non-governmental agencies in order to accomplish this goal. Over time, the charity built up a name for itself as a powerful advocate for good throughout the world. Little did many people know, but the group was also a front for powerful mutant haters to spread their influence throughout the world.
