Mr. Bollocks made his first and only appearance in the episode iGive Away a Car. He was the LCC Inspector that Nevel hired to ensure he would either get a new car from the contest he won on iCarly (and rigged as well) or get the webshow permanently cancelled. He specified what qualities the car had to have to be considered a new car. The iCarly trio eventually gave Nevel Spencer's space cruiser and it qualified as being a new car. Mr. Bollocks is portrayed by Tom Beyer.
