26th December by DiamondEdge Edited by Kaimi Square Enix has released a new roadmap detailing the planned schedule for the Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn beta test. According to roadmap, the application website will open in early January, and the closed beta for the PC version will begin mid-February, with the PlayStation 3 closed beta beginning a few weeks later. Players with legacy accounts or the PlayStation 3 beta acess code that came bundled with Final Fantasy XIII will have priority during the selection process. The roadmap also mentions that some servers will be located outside Japan.
