The Old Woman (unknown name) is a lady who lives in North Haverbrook. When Marge goes to North Haverbrook to stop the monorail, she inspects the community. She is appalled to find tumbleweeds, rusted out cars, and very dilapitated, abandoned houses. No one is in any of the houses except for this old lady in a rocking chair on a veranda. She sees Marge and laughs cackling, Marge gets scared and runs out.
