Police Plaza is the plaza in Haven City where the LEP is head-quartered. In the first book, many protesters protest outside of the building. It has been the site for many Lower Elements conflicts such as the B'wa Kell rebellion and houses the LEP's Operations Room. Police plaza is one of 3 regional HQs where a commander resides. The only LEP division that doesn't reside there is Section 8, a top secret division of the LEP devoted to predicting where and when demons will pop up. It is unknown whether it still exists after the Demon's arrival with Hybras from Limbo.
